"Riki" is short for Ulrike Ballerscheff. She is a Mortgage Broker as well as Realtor and moved with her family to Florida in September of 2001. She used to live in Princeton/NJ and in a suburb of Philadelphia where her kids were born. Eventually they managed to escape the snow and ice there. Riki loves the Florida weather, the beaches and tropical landscape very much.
She is an outgoing people person who loves the contact to people of all kind of walks of life. Her husband's career has taken her to Hamburg, Germany. There,she is selling Florida every chance she gets. :)
For many years she was involved with the Women's Council of Realtors and part of the governing board of the local chapter. The Women's Council of Realtors meets once a month for educational luncheons; the speakers are phenomenal. There is always something new to learn, says Riki.
Her twin boys are actively engaged in Tae Kwon Do for about 4 years. Both enjoy it very much. In addition, one is involved in competitive soccer and the other in swimming. On weekends, we are either touring houses, or cheer for them at sparring or soccer. Now, they are learning German and going to school in a whole new way. :))
